VaxPress Codon optimizer for mRNA vaccine development
Refines a coding sequence — given as either protein or RNA — for the storage stability and in vivo expression an mRNA vaccine needs, weighing secondary structure, codon usage, and the other sequence features that decide how long an mRNA survives and how well it is translated. Optimization targets are pluggable, so you can score for your own property without touching the engine.
VaxLab Integrated platform for mRNA vaccine design
Takes a vaccine candidate from a protein sequence to a finished design in a single Colab notebook: several optimization strategies to choose between — LinearDesign, CodonBERT, a simple codon optimizer, and tissue-specific codon usage — a library of pre-validated UTRs or freshly generated ones, interactive views of what each choice costs and buys, and an automated quality report at the end.
